Buch House

This is a simple and compact space, with its back to the avenue in order to keep noise and prying eyes at a distance. Resting on a concrete plinth, wrapped in a shell of grey-coloured wooden struts, the whole house faces towards the forest and the setting sun. Each room opens out onto the terrace through the high façade of windows. Large exterior curtains screen the light, providing privacy for the recessed terrace. Its sloped ceiling continues inside and directs the light towards the back, along the white ceiling.
